Set in the beautiful Cooley Hills with coastal and forest views, Safe Haven is close to popular mountain, forest and beach walks, and a 10 minute drive to the medieval village of Carlingford. Mark is a spectacular host. He is so accommodating and helpful and just fun to chat to about the local scene. Breakfast is second to none and you can choose a full Irish breakfast with your favorite ingredients or something lighter if you prefer. It’s a peaceful spot with beautiful scenic backdrops. House is perfect. Our room was huge and comfy.

Located at the foot of the Cooley Mountains, Riverside Lodge offers free on-site parking and is just 10 minutes’ drive from the medieval town of Carlingford. Just back from carlingford and a three night stay at the riverside lodge , cannot find fault it was a super place to stay great comfy rooms , spotlessly clean , breakfast was delicious and Elaine was just a wee lady went out of her way to make you feel at hone . Highly recommend this place and we will be looking forward to a few more weekends here in the near future

Flynns of Termonfeckin Boutique Hotel is located on the banks of the Ballywater River and is a 10-minute walk from the beach and a 5-minute drive from Drogheda. Beautiful hotel with nice atmosphere. Nice room with a lot of light. Comfortable bed and good breakfast.

Halfway between Dublin and Belfast, Glen Gat House is an award-winning Victorian B&B in Dundalk, County Louth. What a delightful little B&B in a charming Irish city! I was shocked at how large my room was. Not what I expected in an older building in Europe. The great room had charm and savoir-faire Just a great ambience.

In Carlingford’s centre, Belvedere House offers award-winning local cuisine at its Baytree Restaurant, and elegant, themed rooms with heated towel rails. Great place to stay to catch up with friends. Staff were very welcoming, Bedroom clean warm and cosy. Perfect location in the centre of the village. Full fry for breakfast which we enjoyed. Great friendly staff

Originally built in 1867, this charming town house has been tastefully renovated in a modern style, whilst retaining its historic charm, with stained glass windows and high coved ceilings. Beautiful hotel in center of town. Lovely period furniture inside. Very friendly staff. Great dinner and breakfast. Lots of parking.

In 12 acres of lush, green gardens The Boyne Valley is an elegant 19th-century mansion on the M1 road to Dublin and less than 30 minutes’ drive from Dublin Airport. The grounds were my favorite part, and the room was lovely!! Great staff, and good breakfast!
