Services at the Lancaster include a 24 hour front desk where you can purchase bus and metro tickets. A buffet breakfast is served daily and later, guests can relax with a drink from the bar. Breakfast was a great selection and the service was excellent. Staff were very attentive at breakfast. Reception staff were also helpful. The room was very clean and a good size. Location was quite but easy to walk into the city centre.

Hotel staff are happy to provide tourist and travel information. We are very impressed by the hotel. The breakfast is delicious and the rooms are cosy and comfy. The staff is amazing, accommodating, and always with a smile! Antonella is the lady who makes amazing homemade cakes for breakfast. We have been at the hotel for 3 days but it felt a lot like home.
