Ate at the restaurant for dinner each night and it was fabulous with a buffet breakfast included. amazing stay!

Vangsgaarden Gjestgiveri is located in the oldest buildings in the village of Aurland. Situated on the shores of Aurlandsfjord, it offers wonderful views of the surrounding mountains. Guests can also enjoy free WiFi. Amazing view! One of the most beautiful place I’ve been to! Great breakfast, clean rooms, helpful staff. We would definitely go back there.

At the head of the famous Flåm Railway in Myrdal, this hotel is only accessible by train and sits high above Aurlandsfjord. It is not located very close to Myrdal station, it's located 1,5 km from Myrdal. It's not possible to walk to the hotel wintertime due to the snow conditions. We recommend to take the train one stop down from Myrdal to Vatnahalsen station. Important to check the timetable for the trains. It takes 30 minutes to walk summertime. It's NOT possble to drive by car to Vatnahalsen hotel. Gabriel and Anna are the best. Warm, extremely nice, helpful. Went out of the way to help guests. It felt like a family. God bless.
