I visited with my mom, so I was extra careful about where to stay, and I'm glad to have found Jay’s house. It feels like staying at a relative's home—the owner is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The facility is clean and has a modern style. The owners have clearly gone above and beyond in preparing the room, making it feel like a five-star hotel. I really enjoyed staying in this house. The hosts are friendly, speak English and Russian. They were very kind, gave me everything I need for my stay. The room was very comfortable and clean. Also a bathroom. It’s not far from the airport. I had a flight at 6am and the host offered me to drive me for the airport for not a big amount of money :) I will definitely stay here once more when visiting Kutaisi!

It's a nice place to stay with children. We had two well-equipted rooms, both were clean with new furnitures. Great location in the middle of old part of city.There is relly good cafe with traditional georgian food on the corner of the building. Even more we stayed in Kutaisi because of our flight was from Kutaisi, but the city and surroundings are definately worth to visite. P.S. Delicious jam from owner. Thank you
