Close to train station and near to palace and easy walk to restaurants and bus stops near train station. Staff were very helpful with bus line for old Caserta and amphitheatre and advice about restaurants and other things to see.

The people were very welcoming, polite and always smiling.
There was a small but cute play area for kids, where my son played while waiting for the checkout/check-in, which o found convenient.
The reception gave my son a small cute drawing set, as a welcoming gift and he was surprised by it.
The restaurant has good quality food even if it is a slight expensive.
