- The staff was super helpful, kind and understanding. Everyone was putting the service of the guests before any routine or process. Really lovely people.
- Location was superb, in th mountain of Masukya, great place to relax and enjoy nature. Lively location outside the hotel, with tourists active ouside.
- Try the small resturant below the hotel run by 2 elderly women and 2 elderly men. Lovely traditional setting, excellent service and care and delicious food. When the credit card machine was searching for connection, the old man took the device outside the shop, waited few seconds..and bingo.. got it through, transaction passed. How lovely.
