Location, cleanliness, convenience, view. We were on the first floor with a deck and, though across the street and park, still had a view of the ocean, and could hear it, breathe it in!!

This place was great. It was too bad we only stayed for 1 night. Huge room, clean, large tub in the bathroom. Cute little courtyard outside, modern and gave some beachy vibes. The town itself is pretty cool. Make sure you get to Public House brewing, it was the best beer we had on the west coast. Pizza-a-feta for some of the best pizza around and "The Smokehouse" for an amazing brisket sandwich.
