The owner was so accommodating and helpful we felt like any problem would be dealt with. the position of the property was perfect for restaurants and eateries shopping all in walking distance having car parking was great found the unit lovely and quite and clean

The location was excellent right in the heart of Canberra near restaurants and the lake. It was so easy to get the keys from the Ezymart below, the host was in constant contact, the apartment was so clean, it had everything we needed, it was a great size, it was lovely and warm, beds were comfortable, shower was great, kitchen facilities were excellent, decor was lovely, parking was easy, Netflix was appreciated. The price was the best we found.

The location was perfect for what we needed and the apartment itself was perfect for our needs. Enough room for our son, two bathrooms, two bedrooms. Just great.

The apartment was a great size and in a good location for ANU. Overall it’s a great property just needs a bit of attention in cleaning. A deep clean would be beneficial. It had a good surface clean but just needs some extra going over. The dishwasher had scraps from the last run still in it. The shower floor was grimy in corners and around the glass, the walls/doors have marks which could be easily wiped off and the cover for the cream lounge definitely needs washing. If you have cream/white materials/linen in a rental you’re always going to have a bigger washing upkeep. But overall I do recommend this property.

Stay at Crowne Plaza Canberra, nestled in a peaceful park setting just steps from the National Convention Center and city attractions.
