The property, location and staff were all perfect. Loved the character of the building, having previously lived in Williamstown for 8 years, this was the place I wanted to stay in when I came back. We were in the Bay View Apartments, the art deco building across the road from the weatherboard in the main photo. It was full of character, welcoming, had everything we needed and I could have sat out on the balcony for hours with the view across the bay. Right in the heart of Williamstown.

From arrival to departure, it was an exceptional experience. All the staff are polite, gratious & helpful. A stand out mention must go to Gerard on Reception who immediately allayed my fears for the care of our "Rolls Royce"! Thank you. The beautiful Art Deco style, site history & comfort was perfect. The cleaners must spend hours everyday keeping the mirror finishes sparkling! The chef, Pawan Dutta, deservedly won the Victorian & National Chef of the Year - the food was presented like a work of art & the food was full of flavour and textures; brilliant! The kitchen staff did an amazing job whilst juggling weddings & inhouse dining without a glitch. It was the perfect venue for a special occassion, shared with our family. Thank you to all the wonderful staff.
