It was only Front Office staff named Dayan who have done an outstanding great job. He is very accommodating and helpful. We were greeted with warm welcome upon our arrival and allowed us to check-in early and provided mineral bottled water. He has allocated us in higher floor with nice city view. Indeed Dayan is highly commendable as he went above and beyond hospitality services.

Location was excellent for my plans (mostly around the NSW Art Gallery). Lovely to have Hyde Park across the way. The room was clean and comfortable and the bed was great. Toiletries were very pleasant. Pricing was good value for such a central location.

Central location 10 min walk to CBD, 5 min walk to restaurant/cafe/bars areas in Surry Hills and Kings Cross. Our room was on the side overlooking Hyde Park which was great, but even the city view side has long views on the upper levels. Quiet for a city location. Rooms comfortable and spacious. We got an early check in the morning we arrived as our room was ready. Will stay here again when next in Sydney

The hotel was in a great location. Easy to get to all the sights and great options for food. I enjoyed the breakfast in the morning and the refillable water jug was a nice touch.
