Customer service was amazing - we had a 13+ hr flight to get to Sydney. We arrived early at the hotel and the person doing our check in allowed us to check in early.
15-20 min walk to the nearest metro stop. If you prefer to not walk, a bus stop is within couple of meters from the hotel.

Needed a quick stay for my wife's surgery at Royal north shore hospital and this was a perfect facility. Breakfast was great and bed was comfortable. Would definitely come back if I needed to.

Wonderful view of the harbor from our suite and balcony. Nice layout of rooms and bathroom. Comfortable seating. Kitchen area had enough supplies to fix snacks and breakfast. Good sized refrigerator and the washer and dryer were a nice plus.
