Customer service was wonderful. Great location for all we did. Easy to get to from airport. In the middle of the shopping area. Very clean and the Italian restaurant next door is a must to visit. All of the Staff at the curb entrance were excellent as was the front desk (Poppie). We also experienced the Broadway play “Hamilton” at the hotel theatre. It was phenomenal.

The location of the hotel is wonderful, the view of the city from the bar and restaurant are amazing. The food was excellent and you can't fault how lovely and helpful the staff are. There is something magical about being surrounded by animals, waking up and seeing a koala or kangaroo. As a guest you have unlimited access to the zoo during opening hours and free tours before the zoo opens. Mosman is a lovely part of Sydney. I highly recommend getting the ferry into the City. I would certainly stay again.
