I didn't have the breakfast at extra cost?. All rooms have a fridge and access to a kettle. Took a bus in to the centre then walked all day then bus back.

The location was just outside the busy old city roads so it was really quiet, shops nearby, a park and restaurants. The stay was very pleasant, everything was clean, great facilities and good speed internet.
