Location, location, location! Three blocks from Ipanema (this is the best part of the property).The property was quiet and off from the street. Also, very secure with modern system. Check in was relatively easy.

Great location in Ipanema. 2 blocks to a very nice section of the beach where there are multiple places to rent beach chairs and umbrellas. The apartment was extremely clean and well appointed. The bedroom was great for two people and the overall layout of the apartment was excellent. There are smart TVs with Netflix, YouTube and cable in both the bedroom and the living room. The wifi was very good. There is a large couch, dining room table with 4 chairs, a desk to work from, good lighting throughout. Very comfortable. There are 2 split aircon units, one in the bedroom and one in the living room. Also, two ceiling fans. Plenty of outlets. There is a good sized full kitchen with small table, big refrigerator, water purifier, coffee maker, etc. The bathroom was nice, with large shower with plenty of hot water and pressure. There is a clothes washing machine and a drying rack, 2 beach chairs, beach umbrella. Marcella even supplied snacks, soda and cold water in the refrigerator. Marcella seems to have thought of just about everything to provide an enjoyable stay. The 24 hour doormen were very friendly and helpful. We were able to leave our bags in a storage area before check-in time. Marcella and her son Bruno are very friendly and made us feel right at home. We felt totally safe in the apartment.

Located one block from trendy Ipanema Beach, Mc Flats Ipanema is just 5.6 mi from Santos Dumont Airport.

This apartment was absolutely perfect for our family. The location couldn’t have been better and the place was beautiful and very well equipped. We thoroighly enjoyed our morning coffee in the balcony. We will be back.

The apartment is comfortable and beautifully designed. It totally reflects the photos in the listing. The unit is located in a small secured boutique apartment building, in a great location - close to the beach, to the lake, supermarket, retail, and tons of bars/restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. Check in and check out procedures were easy. We loved our 18-day stay.
