We had to check in late and the process was so easy. The breakfast the next day was delicious. There’s also a binder in the room with wonderful suggestions on how to spend our time there.

I loved everything about the place. Got to meet two of the owners and they were so friendly and welcoming. I felt at home the moment I stepped into their home. Spacious room and awesome breakfast. I especially loved the variety: fresh fruits, home-made granola (super loved this!!!), bread pudding (very tasty), freshly-baked croissants, and free-flowing coffee and juices. The location is right smack in the Village and within walking distance to the metro. Highly recommended.

The location was central and convenient for accessing downtown. The brand name Hyatt raised my expectations, and I appreciated that the hotel appeared modern and clean at first glance.

Super friendly and helpful staff, a well-stocked room with everything we needed, even a mini-fridge, and a great location a block away from the excellent assortment of restaurants and bars of the Village, with UQAM and the Quartier des Spectacles close by. Hotel staff is pleasant. Wifi works well, and the mattress was comfortable-- it had a nice level of plushness. Shower and AC worked well. I have stayed here several times.
