The staff is very good and helpful, the common room is large, stylish and comfortable with different sitting options. I had a great hotpot diner organized by the staff. Rooms were comfy and quiet, separate showers and bathroom very clean. The hotel is located downhill of a very nice and interesting part of the city, just before the district with old houses and lots of shops/cafes. The location is very central, few minutes walk from Jiefangbei. The hostel itself is on 31st Floor, and need to take a lift to access. The staffs are very helpful. Checkin and check out process is smooth.
