Very clean and tidy. Breakfast was fabulous. So was the coffee. Room was large with comfortable bed and pillow. We ended up buying the zero pressure pillow. Though we didn’t see reception staff quite often but they are great support. Specially Yoyo, Vida and Lyn helped up keeping luggage for extended time. Great location. Metro is right at the corner. So was the river view and more. Happy with our stay!

Very flexible check-in (I arrived at 1:30am) and friendly staff. Difficult to find at first. To find it you go up the hotel right opposite to Raffles City and go up to 30th floor. Modern room and amazing location.

Everything was good: the room was clean and comfortable, included breakfast buffet varied in every aspect with variety of dishes. Most important, hotel staff was caring and welcoming. Thank you!

The view was amazing and that breakfast was out of sight! It had something for everyone! I ate so much that I didn't need to have lunch or dinner. If a good breakfast is a big deciding factor for you, look no further. The view was breathtaking, and I spent most of my days in Chongqing just reveling in it.

The receptionist team was very nice! Due to a typhoon in Japan, our arrival date was delayed by a day and they upgraded our room to compensate. We had a good view of liberation plaza from our hotel room! They were very patient with our questions and helped ship our luggage using SF express too. I highly recommend this hotel for travelers.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, excellent locations, great value for money

The view from this hotel is absolutely stunning. Perched high above the city, the floor-to-ceiling windows open onto a sweeping panorama of Chongqing's skyline, the Yangtze River, and the bridges — watching the city from the bathtub by the window was an experience in itself. The room is beautifully designed with elegant marble bathrooms and tasteful, luxurious details throughout. Everything was spotless and well maintained. The location in Jiefangbei is perfect for exploring the city on foot. A truly memorable stay, I would come back without hesitation. Highly recommended!

Hotel is located near to main famous street. My room was clean and modern. Water is free of charge and you can order. Staff were very gentle.

I travel to China frequently and this is by far the best hotel I've been to in China The rooms are large and comfy, the lounge is exceptional with drinks, deserts and even dinner. You literally can have all your day meals when booking a room with lounge access. Located just few mins walk from the main Jiafangebei street and not far from Kuixing lou and Luohan temple The staff was also very welcoming and attentive Even cash exchange service - rare in China Perfect hotel, make sure to have it as your last hotel of the trip otherwise you build too high expectations for the upcoming hotels.

Lobby on 4th floor of an unassuming office building. Very clean, modern aesthetic with a Japanese zen vibe. Great amenities. Hearty breakfast. Exceptional front desk service provided by Ms. Xiong Xiangli staff no. 01 and no. 04 but especially Ms. Xiong. Her personalized level of service rivaled those of top tier hotels like four seasons or Aman resorts. She booked us hard to get train and entry tickets at home before her shift even started, allowing us to achieve our last minute planned itinerary. Her professionalism, dedication, patience, and grace is what separates this hotel from others and elevated our stay experience to something memorable. The staff and level of service at this hotel is incredible and rare at this price point.
