Kerry, the host that helps you with your luggage, responds very quickly and thinks along and ensures an answer to your questions. Gives recommendations for sightseeings and restaurants. Great location. Short walking distance to enter ancient town. Large room, clean and much details that you see back in the hotel. The lobby is very detailed and beautiful decorated. The Chinese tea in the room was welcoming. The host invited me for a Chinese tea ceremony in the hotel which was a very nice to experience. This hotel made my travel in Dali very smooth and convenient. If I come back to Dali I will definitely stay here again.

I love this place, every single thing. The owners are just so present, helpful, kind, calm, and show great hospitality. It felt like we were staying at their home and experiencing how life is in Dali. They gave us great recommendations on where to visit and what to do to enjoy Dali, and most importantly, take it slow. We got a delux double room. It is clean, comfortable, spacious, and beautifully decorated with lots of details showing the owners put a lot of thoughts on this place. Theres a lot of personal touches. The building itself has 3 outdoor and 1 indoor areas for sitting and relaxing. It was a pity we were staying for 2 nights only and didn't get a chance to enjoy the areas. Totally recommend you to stay here, esp if you prefer more personal cute boutique hotels to big chains and commercial hotels. Both owners are also very used to international tourists and speak English, so it is a huge plus. Big thanks to the owners for such a wonderful stay. And look forward to next time visiting you again.

The owners were welcoming and cooked for me and made me feel at home! Will definitely be back if I'm back in Dali. Plus the location is away from the main roads and near Cangshan mountain and beautiful views!

I stayed in a dorm and in a private room. Both were amazing. Comfy bed and great facilities. Please note that my dorm had a squatting toilet. The private room had a "normal" toilet. The place is impeccably clean and modern. Location is great, very close to the touristy old town gate. Helpful staff as well
