The breakfast lounge ladies were exceptionally nice. I found it especially nice how the apartments were so large and comfortable. They were even soundproof! My favourite thing about the hotel is how amazingly easy everything is. The restaurant and supermarket at the ground floor are amazing too.

The hotel is located in the center of Shenyang, on the centennial Taiyuan Street commercial Pedestrian Street.

The hotel is located in downtown close to shopping street, which is good for evening walk and lot of restaurants also available to experience the local foods. Robots are used for the room service, which was something new to me. The breakfast was having many verities and options, however, I am being an pure Vegetarian, couldn't get much options. The restaurant staff and chef, understand my request and was very helpful to make some special dishes specific to us as much as possible. They ensured our satisfactions in the entire stay.

The staff was incredibly understanding as our flight caused us to be delayed one day, and we weren't charged for the night. They took care of all of our needs with friendliness and efficiency. We have family in Shenyang and will stay here every time.

Location is the one thing that the hotel has the advantage over others , the overall facilities make the living very comfortable, cleanness is what I care the most while traveling, this hotel meets my standard , their breaking buffet is my favorite , with many varieties to choose .
