Our recent stay at this Hilton was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and right at home. Their accommodating and courteous nature added a personal touch that truly enhanced our family getaway. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the service provided by the executive lounge staff. They exceeded all expectations with their attentiveness and professionalism. Breakfast at the lounge was a treat – always fresh, hot, and delicious, providing the perfect start to our day. The hotel's cleanliness and upkeep were also commendable, with everything immaculately maintained. It’s evident that the staff takes great pride in their work, and it shows. We frequently choose this Hilton for our stays, drawn back by the consistently great service, delightful food, and the impressive atmosphere of the hotel. Hotel was fantastic - staff were helpful and kind, and the rooms were spacious and well appointed. Breakfast was fantastic. It is located next to the "Dutch Flower Town" with lovely walks and cafes. Great restaurants were about a 10min walk away.

This hotel has a very good location. Taxi prices are very affordable in China, so the central location of this hotel is a great help for visiting various places in Shenzhen. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are spacious, it has many amenities, and it offers absolutely everything listed on Booking.com. It was truly a very good experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast offers a wide variety, which is truly delicious. There are also several restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores around the hotel. If I return to Shenzhen, I will not hesitate to stay at this hotel again.
