I had a great stay at BH Hotel in Bogotá. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of options. The location is perfect — within walking distance of the Gold Museum, the Botero Museum, and about a 20–25 minute walk to the funicular for Monserrate.

I liked the staff. The room was nice and also the terrace had a very nice view. Also, it's only a 2 minute wall from Museo Del Oro.

There's no breakfast here-i get here they send me to room 313 she told me booking.com got the price wrong there's no deals and charged my card again( I doubled paid rip off ) blinds are broke ,clocks still 11;07 since I got here they don't give you toilet paper after 1 week I finally got some clean towels no maid services no fresh sheets-its close to things but I was robbed for my cell phone 2 blocks away tracked my cell from my laptop to the next building CRA,5 #18-22 a young curly brown haired guy from valenzuela, I see the thief out my window police report made its not a safe area as for the room there's no ventilation at all no fan no ac you wake up very stuffy it gets cold no heater no extra blankets you can feel the cold air from the door and under the door,my beds lop sided back killed me for several days-no one talks English here at all-i asked for tp they tell you tomorrow that never comes-no hot water you haft to take cold showers-the toilet gets clogged no plunger they want you to clean with no cleaners no dust pan-bathrooms toilet sits so close to the floor you can barely move its tiny.
