Everything .. breakfast fruit outstanding .. Mrs. Lorenza the fruit lady was amazing . And Mr German the supervisor , help us with our stay and an extension to Sofitel Baru .. and made room for us for an extra night .. also the Sofitel hotel made everything wonderful for our friend’s weekend wedding. So we all felt very happy and secure to be in there . The birds of the garden made it even more special .. and the staff in the restaurant . Alejandro was also very patience .. we can go on .. thanks you again and see u again in another time

The hotel is in a convenient location in the old city. The room was spacious. The staff members were all friendly and helpful. The balcony was nice. Breakfast includes your choice of fruit, fruit juice (fresh), coffee, eggs (many versions, made to order), and toast. It is served quickly. AC in room was quiet and cool. The hotel is about 20 min from the airport by taxi, which was COP30-35k ($7-8) each way. The hotel is cozy and scenic.

Very clean, accommodating host. Perfect location in the walled city but on a quiet street near a fancy modern Mall. Convenient to walk around and surrounded by wonderful restaurants. Get a local experience staying in a local apartment building. Third floor apartment overlooking a cute courtyard. AC worked great. I enjoyed my stay! Would stay here again.
