I arrived late at night with my family and was able to call the staff and get immediate help to enter the bed and breakfast. I'm sure I had the appropriate credentials to enter but did not check my emails correctly. Many thanks for the exceptional service at that late hour. Our family woke up to a beautiful view of the Elbe river and then walked a couple hundred meters to the tram stop and entered Dresden. I also took a run across the bridge and viewed the city during the sunset. It's a great location to be out of the busy city but so close at the same time. The local restaurant is also open late for service (food and drink) - very helpful as well.
