The apartment is very well equipped with quality furniture and facilities which gives you a feeling that you are staying in a nice hotel. The bed and pillow selection is comfortable. Cleanliness was top notch and the air conditioning made the apartment very comfortable to stay.
The place is designed for two people but three people can stay if a sofa bed is used. There are two bar type tall stools around the tall table. So if you want dining in the apartment one should stand or sit on the bed. There is plenty of storage for clothes and stuff.

The breakfast was fantastic and they had gluten free rolls that they would warm for me every morning. The bed was comfortable, they gave me extra pillows when I asked for them, and I have a very severe dust allergy and had no issues with the bedding. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. When I needed to clean my clothes they allowed me to use their one washing machine for free, even though they do not usually offer that as an amenity for guests. They also let us check into our room at 9am on a morning when we arrived super early because no one had stayed in the room the night before. If we ever come back to Hamburg, this is the only hotel we will be staying with. Easy access to hot water and tea. A great cappuccino machine in the lobby. Love this place!!!

The room was lavish and really comfortable. The staff were friendly and easy to communicate with in both English and German. Really a nice place to stay. It's close to the train station and an easy walk from bars and restaurants. There is a kiosk right across the street too.
