Great hotel. Everything was nice. I would surely choose it again next time we visit . Perfect location,and view. The staff were all very friendly, nice and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, Airport, and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is big but a bit old compared to the rest of the Jazz group but the food quality is good and the staff are good and helpful especially Mohamed Aboutrika who helped us and ordered an Uber taxi to take us to the airport and checked on us until we left.

Love the terrace just in front of Pyramids. It is stunning. On the other hand, rooms are quite spacious, bathrooms also. Service is impressive, they really care about your stay and anything you need. Breakfast is fine (maybe not the best) but you can have it seeing the 5.000 years old the most impressive jewels of architecture, so, it is quite good at the end.

The owner Mr Islam - he is exceptionally enthusiastic about the guest's comfort. Upon my arrival after a tiring day, the moment he heard that I skipped lunch, he cooked a nice Egyptian meal for me. Throughout the rest of my stay, he was always personally welcoming me back after a day of sightseeing - this genuinely felt like home away from home. He also cooked a nice Egyptian breakfast on the last day. My room had a magnificent view of the pyramids and also from rooftop - all the pyramids were visible. One doesn't need to pay for the light and sound show, the whole laser show is visible from the rooftop restaurant. Overall a stay to remember forever!

Great hotel in a fantastic location, close to the Pyramids. They arranged a smooth airport pickup. The room was clean and adequately equipped. The breakfast was excellent and served in the room. The mattress still had a plastic cover, which was a bit noisy but not bothersome to me. The staff was very welcoming, especially Ahmed and Mohammad. They went above and beyond to make my stay more comfortable. I requested a room with a view of the Pyramids, and they promptly moved me to one. The hotel also has a beautiful front yard, which is a great spot to relax and enjoy a coffee. The papyrus store below the hotel is amazing. Amireh showed me how the papyrus papers are made and answered my questions with great patience.

Nice stay. They were definetely amazing to make the stay great. Especially Asma was a great host. She would take care of anything you need. And she arranged everything about our tours, she gives us all information on WhatsApp and everything was great and well organized The location of the hotel and its excellent view to the pyramids. The staff, very nice people and always willing to help with a nice smile.

Stayed here for 3 nights and it is a lovely hotel. The staff are very friendly & helpful, especially Shaimaa, thank you for arranging our day trip and all transfers. We had a room with a Pyramids view, it is very Wow view and comfortable. A great stay in this hotel. Highly recommended.
