We had an issue when checking in. we were given the wrong information regarding location, building, and apartment number so the code we were given to open the lockbox didn't work. We waited for the team to solve the issue and were relocated to a different building nearby after 40min. The new apartment was Ok, very well equipped and comfortable, however, there was dust and dirt in some areas. Needs to improve the cleaning.

Brilliant..!! I can't thank George the Manager of the apartment component of this complex enough. Not only did he meet us for key hand-over but also accommodated our party for extremely early check-in and out and (Get this 'cause it's awesome) he took me in his personal vehicle to procure beer (I'm an Aussie professional alcoholic) and did the bargaining so I possibly didn't get taken advantage of).. Thanks Mate.. Good job I say..!! Oh btw.. The internal complex pool area is an oasis in a veritable desert.. So calming and relaxing..!! :-)
