Everything is perfect! The staff is amazing, the apartments are just like the photos, you have almost the same service as in a hotel. Everyone is adorable and very responsive in case of special request. It will be our hotel again for another trip to Cairo.

The room was absolutely beautiful and cozy – it truly felt like home. The security was excellent; no one is allowed to enter the building except residents. Even delivery people are not allowed in – the building guard receives the orders instead, which made me feel incredibly safe. The staff were some of the kindest people I’ve ever met! George was amazing to us, and Uncle Wajih was super kind and helped us with everything. The building manager, Mr. Bishou, was extremely polite and respectful, and he always checked in to see if we needed anything. I’m really happy with my stay and I highly recommend this place to everyone!
