The room was clean, well organized and the beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly, professional and always ready to help especially Mr. Hussain who were Offering the help with a smile. The location is ideal and excellent as it is easy to reach.

As first-time visitors, Downtown Cairo seemed like the obvious choice - until the reviews started raising red flags about noise and safety. Nasr City was a leap of faith. It turned out to be the best decision of the trip. Homtel Residence Nasr City is exactly what it looks like in the photos - beautiful, warm, clean, and genuinely homey. A true home away from home! Comfortable rooms, great facilities, and excellent value for money. The location is unbeatable: surrounded by restaurants, shops, and supermarkets, with Genena Mall practically next door. And for those worried about being “far” from the sights - Old Cairo and Downtown are easily reachable by Uber, and Stadium Metro Station connects to Attaba (within walking distance of Khan el-Khalili and Al-Azhar Mosque) and to Sadat Station, putting Tahrir Square right at your feet. But what really sets this place apart is the staff - every single one of them was wonderful from start to finish. Special mention must go to Hassan, though. We arrived at the hotel much later than we’d originally said we would, and yet there he was, waiting to receive us with a warm smile. Throughout our stay he often checked in on us, and any time we needed information or help with anything, it was handled instantly and with genuine care. He truly went above and beyond, and that kind of attentiveness is rare. It made us feel looked after the entire stay. Top-tier experience. I found my go-to Cairo accommodation on my very first visit. That says everything.
