The location is excellent, and the staff is wonderful, especially Mr. Ahmed. The best thing about the room is its cleanliness and organization.

We stayed for 9 days with our kids and had a truly enjoyable experience. The atmosphere was very welcoming, and we felt comfortable from the very first day. A big thank you to the reception team, and especially to Ahmed Shawky, who promptly solved all of our requests with professionalism and kindness. Another special thanks goes to Amv, who kept our room spotless throughout our stay. Their dedication made our holiday even more pleasant. As for recommendations, it would be great if the food could be labeled with ingredients for better clarity, and if a printed map were available, as the property is quite large. Additionally, a 1-hour entertainment activity by the pool would be a wonderful addition for guests. Overall, we had an excellent stay and would gladly return!

The hotel has great, modern-infrastructure rooms. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The location is great, relatively close to the airport, while serving as a good base to reach other parts of Cairo.

I had a wonderful stay at Jewel Plaza and would be very happy to return. What made the experience especially memorable was the warmth, kindness, and professionalism of the staff. I felt genuinely looked after throughout my stay. I would especially like to thank Ms. Sarah from Guest Relations for her help and follow-up throughout my stay, Ms. Yara from Guest Relations for her continuous willingness to help and for making my stay feel easy and comfortable, and Mr. Tarek at the front desk for his reliability and care. Their support with my reservation and room arrangements made a real difference and was deeply appreciated. It was one of the main reasons I felt comfortable extending my stay twice. I would also like to thank Ms. Fat-heya from housekeeping and Ms. Mai from the restaurant for their kindness, attentiveness, and professional service. The room was comfortable and quiet, and I was very grateful for the thoughtful arrangement that allowed me to remain in the same room for my extension. This made my stay even more relaxing and comfortable, especially as I am a light sleeper. During my stay, I felt very much at home, and I would be very happy to stay here again whenever I visit Cairo. Overall, I felt very well cared for at Jewel Plaza. Thank you again to the whole team for the hospitality, kindness, and professionalism.
