First of all I would like to thank the management for the work they do for the comfort of the guests. They welcome you with a smile from the first moment and do their best to help you at all times. The building is safe in a beautiful and quiet area and everything you need is available in the area. We booked a three-room apartment and it was spacious and clean and had a kitchen with all appliances. Their room service works at their best for your comfort and also they are friendly. In the end we loved every moment with them and we felt that we were at home with our family. I definitely recommend staying here.

The place was extremely clean honestly much cleaner than many hotels I've stayed in before. The staff were incredible, very professional, friendly, and always helpful. This is without a doubt the best place have ever stayed in Egypt. Munir residence truly feels like my place now. I can't even describe how good the experience was, and sincerely hope they keep everything exactly the same. I travel a lot, and I've finally found the place will always stay whenever I'm in Egypt.
A big thank you to the resident staff they were amazing and very supportive throughout my stay.

I stayed at Munir's villa for almost a week. Already upon arrival I was pleasantly surprised by the location. The villa is located in New Cairo - a safe and quiet district, and quite close to Cairo International Airport. You have all facilities nearby. Moreover, the villa is quite close to the city centre.
On arrival you are greeted by pleasant, polite and kind, smiling people. Hamidi was incredibly kind and helpful.
The owner, Dr. Munir, is often in the villa, has a good overview of everything, and is very helpful in many ways. He is an incredibly kind and warm-hearted person who really cares for his guests just as one would care for family members.
All rooms in the house are large, super clean and comfortable, equipped with everything you need. So you really feel like you're at home. My room had a cozy garden and it was extra nice. In the villa, they also have a kitchen equipt with everything you need for cooking.
In short, Munirs Villa really is a place that I could heartily recommend. Do not hesitate to book a room there <3
