Exceptional stay! I would highly recommend it for a short term stay. The staff were very helpful and the building is very safe and guarder 24/7. It is very close to the center around 20-25 minutes by car. There is a mini supermarket in a gas station along with a McDonalds and a cafe nearby around a 11 minute walk.

I stayed at Munir's villa for almost a week. Already upon arrival I was pleasantly surprised by the location. The villa is located in New Cairo - a safe and quiet district, and quite close to Cairo International Airport. You have all facilities nearby. Moreover, the villa is quite close to the city centre.
On arrival you are greeted by pleasant, polite and kind, smiling people. Hamidi was incredibly kind and helpful.
The owner, Dr. Munir, is often in the villa, has a good overview of everything, and is very helpful in many ways. He is an incredibly kind and warm-hearted person who really cares for his guests just as one would care for family members.
All rooms in the house are large, super clean and comfortable, equipped with everything you need. So you really feel like you're at home. My room had a cozy garden and it was extra nice. In the villa, they also have a kitchen equipt with everything you need for cooking.
In short, Munirs Villa really is a place that I could heartily recommend. Do not hesitate to book a room there <3

Gorgeous place! We had a great stay at Munir's Residence. The Villa from the outside is beautiful and the rooms are even better. New modern furniture, spotless clean, and very spacious. It's even better than the pics provided here. The bed was comfortable and there was even a small seating area and a fridge. The room is actually better than most hotel rooms and for this price? You've got yourself a great deal!
Thank you Mr. Munir and all the staff for the beautiful stay and professional service.
Highly recommended! Only place we will stay at on our next trip.
