The hotel is amazing, the space, the rooms, the walking track. I had a great stay. My room was super spacious (I upgraded for a fee because I wanted an early check in). The restaurants offer great food choices, the rooms offer good privacy, the pool area is big and a lovely place to relax and the bar offers beautiful views of the golf course. If you're looking for a luxury stay in Cairo, this is it. I also requested a late check out and they accommodated me until 2pm.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and peaceful. The staff were very attentive and welcoming, which made my stay pleasant from the start. They even let me check in late at 2 am due to flight delays and served me a cold drink upon arrival, indeed a very thoughtful gesture. The rooms and surroundings are always clean, with very good air-conditioning. I appreciated the full fridge stocked with soft drinks and juice. A plate of fruits as well. The Egyptian breakfast was tasty and fresh every morning, and I was glad to see no bed bugs or insects around, everything felt safe and comfortable. When I ordered food delivery from outside, they helped me with it.

The stuff was very friendly and helpful both before my trip when I had some questions regarding transportation and during my stay when I needed their assistance with some issues I was facing. In general it felt very safe for a solo female traveler and the neighbourhood seemed very safe and it was also a few minutes uber ride to New Cairo Festival City.
