I wasn't planning on staying in Barcelona for a week but Hostel One sucked me in! The organization of events is spectacular. Everyday there's a day event, vegan dinner, and bar n club. All four hostel one's in Barcelona show out together, so it's quite the party force. The hostel itself is quite nice and clean. Good showers and cheap laundry services. Can go wrong here! Caroline is an amazing caretaker of the hostel and the rest of the staff were great too.

First of all, it was my first time traveling to Barcelona and transporting to the hostel from Airport was very easy because of the central location of the hostel. Roberto and Angelica, the receptionists were so helpful, smiling and welcoming. They helped me with many things and take initiative about a problem with my check-in when they see my difficult situation. The hospitality was great since the beginning and until we left. Besides that, the room was so clean and bed was comfortable. Everything I needed was in there. I slept so well and I was feeling safe both because of the location but especially the trustworthy workers. Plus that, you can get coffee, tea and water everytime you need from the lobby and the Internet is powerful. They also have discount cards in the lobby for the museums and touristic places and thanks to them we saved 7 euros per person In Casa Batllo :)). The workers are willing to help and I think it is the most important part of the hostel choosing process because most of the visitors are foreigners and have minor and major problems. Since the place and people were safe, I wasn’t very scared about getting into trouble with my staying. Thanks a lot to the workers especially to the Angelica and Roberto.
