We liked everything about our stay. Ana was incredibly helpful and kind throughout our stay. She is enthusiastic about the apartment and Cuenca and wanted to do whatever she could to make our stay wonderful. Ana met us at the apartment and helped orient us to the apartment as well as the old city. All the appliances are brand new, and there is a washer and dryer combination. Ana also spent the time showing us a map, locations to visit, and restaurants to eat at. Not only did we love our stay and the apartment, but we also felt supported throughout our trip. I definitely want to visit again and will try to stay in these apartments. Finally, the view was magnificent! I think that we were the first Americans to stay here. Although my husband can speak Spanish, Ana is fluent in English. The apartment is even nicer than the photos.

The apartment was so spacious and nice with everything you would need for a wonderful stay. We booked the attic room which had an amazing balcony overlooking the gorges, mountains, and town. The bathroom was very large with tall ceilings, a modern shower and sink area. There was a fully equipped kitchen with anything you would need to cook meals. I absolutely loved this apartment and wished I could live there!
