The location is the best to explore the old town and major attractions without using transportations. The One Shot location is a prefect base to explore Valencia & so convenient even when looking for shopping or dinning. The front staffs, especially Ayler and Gustavo were friendly. professional. and helpful.

This studio apartment is perfectly designed. Every inch has a purpose so there's no wasted space, and our family of 4 (with 2 teen boys) had plenty of room. The air conditioning was great during a heat wave, the furnishings were modern and comfortable, and we even got a welcome basket with fresh water, chips and coffee pods! On our first night, we realized the shower was clogged, and water soaked our bathroom. The next day, after we returned from a day out, the shower was fixed and we had fresh towels! I only interacted with the apartment managers through chat, but they were super responsive. We had a great experience with this place and highly recommend!

The staff was very friendly, and the location was great. The room was pretty nice, but the restroom had a slight smell. It wasn’t dirty, in fact, it was very clean. I think it might be a city issue.

This location is absolutely great. The Russafa location was 1/2 block from the bus to the central market and a 10 minute Uber to the Main train station. The area is filled with phenomenal food opportunities. This is a great value. Clean, adequate, great service and help/enthusiastic staff. The building is old but has great updates. We did not get the breakfast option because there were nice places within walking distance to get food.

This large apartment was in the best location where we could walk to all the sites in Valencia. It was large and had everything you would need for a weeks stay. We are definitely coming back to this beautiful city. Our host was very accommodating with all request. Much appreciated.
