Everything was perfect. The room was big and sunny. The bed is perfect and it was enough place for the parents and small child. The kitchen is small but you could make easy something for eat. We were at the beginning of the September, so it was ok, without condition. The location is one of the top places, the beach is on the other side of the road. It is very comfortable, bec the stones are small and it is pleasant to go into the sea. You can walk along the embankment to the center, enjoying the beautiful view. Many thanks to the owner, he offered a late check-out from the apartment, which was extremely convenient for us. We will stay one more time in this apartment next time!

The location is perfect (very close to beach, shopping, restaurants and public transport) and the street is quiet and safe. The house owner Mrs Lydia is a very kind lady who showed us the house and explained all. The house is fully equipped with everything you may need in a house. There are many details tt make you relaxed and peaceful. The garden is also very nice to sit in the evening. It was one of my favourite accomodation and would like to stay again in the future.

The good things about the property were: Very good communication with staff, very good location close to metro station and beach, clean, check in and check out were very smooth. Had all necessary equipments for kitchen. With extremely exorbitant prices during ocean conference, it was very good value for money.
