The location was close to the beach, a 7-10 minute walk. The apartment was clean, fully furnished, the kitchen was equipped with everything you need to cook. It also had a garden where you could relax or eat. Grocery stores quite close. The host was very kind and interested in making us feel good. I recommend this place.

Excellent fully equipped property with fantastic view of the promenade. St Helene tram stop is right outside the rear exit of the building making exploring the surrounding areas and transport to and from the airport easy. Good communication from the host before and during our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It is modern, clean, and very well equipped. The beach is only a 3-minute walk away, and the tram stop is conveniently nearby. The host was very responsive and always replied quickly to any questions. Since the beach area is outside the busy city center, it was much quieter and less crowded, which we greatly appreciated. At the same time, it was very easy to reach the city center, the airport, and a large shopping mall by tram. Thank you for the wonderful stay and for helping make our time in Nice so enjoyable. We would be happy to stay here again.

The apartment is absolutely amazing! At first, I hesitated for a while because I wanted something closer to the city center, but I soon realized I had made the right choice. This turned out to be one of the best trips I’ve ever had. The sleep quality was even better than in some well-known 5-star hotels.

To start with the view from the balcony- it is just amazing. You just have to cross the street and you are at the beach. The apartment is really well equipped (it has everything for making meals, as well as a dishwasher, laundry machine, coffee maker) and within a few minute walk to two supermarkets and a few bakeries. The tram stop is just outside the building and there is also a bus stop nearby. The self check in/out was really easy and super quick. The owner is really kind, very helpful and responsive. The bed was really comfortable and the bedroom has a Smart TV, and there are also two balconies. The shower is huge. We loved the stay and we will absolutely come back next year.

Size and cleanliness of the apartment. Bathroom excellent. All kitchen and other equipment was provided. Good quality towels & bed linen. Building secure but easy to access from front and back.

We liked that the apartment was located close to the tram, which allowed us to get to both the center and the airport. There was also a small supermarket nearby where there was everything we needed, including fresh pastries from the boulangerie. The apartment had everything you need: a coffee machine, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and air conditioning. It was also nice that there were disposable detergents, a dishcloth, toiletries, and a sufficient number of towels.

Everything was perfect. The room was big and sunny. The bed is perfect and it was enough place for the parents and small child. The kitchen is small but you could make easy something for eat. We were at the beginning of the September, so it was ok, without condition. The location is one of the top places, the beach is on the other side of the road. It is very comfortable, bec the stones are small and it is pleasant to go into the sea. You can walk along the embankment to the center, enjoying the beautiful view. Many thanks to the owner, he offered a late check-out from the apartment, which was extremely convenient for us. We will stay one more time in this apartment next time!
