We had a truly enjoyable stay in Nice, and we were very pleased with the apartment. It was exceptionally clean and well-equipped with all the necessary items. Very good apartment in a good area (very quiet), very near public transportation. The bed was super comfortable. The apartment had always a very good temperature, despite being cold outside.

The owners of the place were really friendly. The room was very clean and the location was good (near one of the main streets and the central train station)! The guesthouse was not lacking anyhing!

The host was really attentive and helpful. The house is located in a very central area. You can reach the beach either by walking or by tram. The tram and bus stops are extremely close to the house. We really liked having a private bathroom, and the fact that our room and bathroom felt like a separate section of the house with its own door was a great touch. The house was very clean, and the towels were new and fresh. The room was spacious enough. We were extremely satisfied and glad we chose this place. If we come again, we wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else.
