We had great time during our stay. Apartment is very well equiped and has everyting you could possibly need during, full kitchen equipment including even olive oil or spices. Flat was spacious, clean and with comfy beds. Location is close from restaurants, old town or beach.

It was as I was expecting and true to the photos. Great location and flat is nicely furnished. Quiet building and the aircon is great.

Fantastic value for money, great amenities and central location. We were in Nice for the Ironman and this was the perfect place to stay. Additionally the air conditioning was a big plus. The host is a gentleman and his neighbour Gladys was very helpful during our stay.

I liked that the apartment was very clean and modern, with new, high-quality appliances, a very spacious bathroom, and bright rooms offering a wide view of the hills. My family appreciated that Netflix was set to Romanian. We were also only a 10-minute walk from the port, and on the ground floor of the building there is a bakery with very, very good products. The smell of croissants and pain au chocolat even reaches the balcony - a truly great scent. And the host- Elena- was very, very friendly.

Great host: very friendly, prepared (all the necessary information was sent to us in 3 languages), nice to communicate with. We also managed to check in earlier, which was amazing. The location is pretty nice also: not in the city centre, yet near the beautiful port and the train station. There's a big supermarket nearby where you could buy everything necessary.

This hotel is set in central Nice, just 50 metres from Acropolis Exhibition Centre and a 5-minute walk from the Old Town. It offers air-conditioned rooms with Wi-Fi access and an on-site bar.

Nice neighbourhood with supermarkets and restaurants available. Underground parking was an excellent facility as you just put your luggage to one of the two lifts and go straight up to your floor👍The reception and breakfasts are of perfect quality - no problem with English anywhere. Walking distance from the hotel to the harbour and city centre (buses also available nearby). Little entertainment area with table football next to the reception. Nice little garden - quiet rooms overlooking it.

Offering soundproofed and air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi and a flat screen with Chromecast.

Everything was wonderful. The toilet room was a little tight but everything far exceeded my expectations! The hotel staff was super helpful and we could walk within minutes to our new favorite restaurant Babbo! Not to take away from the hotel restaurants fabulous food we also loved. We cant wait to come back!!!
