Bel apartment is a beautiful property in a fantastic location. The apartment was very tastefully decorated and comfortable. We stayed for two weeks, and everything we needed as a “home away from home” was available at the property. The property is one block back from the stunning Promenade Des Anglais, close to small supermarkets, boulangerie, and the list goes on! The L2 and L3 tram to the city centre is only 100 meters from the property! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, I can’t rate this property highly enough! Communication with our host was excellent and very responsive.

Location is good. Tram station few meters away, you can reach airport in 10 min. Beach very close. Supermsrkets also close. Pizza place in front. Parking garage available! Great for car trips. Usually car spots on road are occupied. Very good instruction file provided in advance. Thank you

The apartment was perfect for my week in Nice, good air con. Lots of details like washing powder, dishwasher tablets. Good cookware. Very welcoming and helpful host. 2 minutes from the beach, small supermarket nearby. One minute from the tramline.

Excellent choice for a family stay in Nice. Self check-in, smooth communication with host. Description totally fits - spacious and modern apartment with comfortable beds for 4 and all needed amenities (washing machine, iron, hair dryer, coffee maker). The place is 4 stops from the center but very conveniently located halfway between airport and old town, with a couple of great bakeries and dining options within walking distance. Tram stop right in front of the building. 3 minutes to beach and promenade. Highly recommended.

Location is good, just in front of the tram, can easily go to beach or go to Vieux nice. Also the room is well designed , and very clean. It’s simple but has everything we need for a comfortable night of stay.
