The apartment is very close to the airport and only 3-5' to the beach ( Promenade des Anglais). It has farmacies, grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The tram station is exactly in front of the apartment which is super convenient. The owner and the cleaning lady are super nice and always there to help and answer questions. They were really understanding with us as a family with a small kid. The apartment is clean, with a modern design, fully equipped and spacious. The big terrace is a nice addition.

The location is perfect. Close to the beach,to many shops and restaurants,to the tramvai 2 straight to Aeroport. Good internet wi fi,big tv screen,a lovley bathroom with all facilities include,kitchen,frige,washing mashine ,electric owen,so I will come back next year for sure. I highly recomemd. 👍

The apartment is fantastic, modern and classy; typical French style interior. It is very near the beach and Promenade des Angles. From the airport you can take the tramp, which is also going to Port Lympia, what is very convenient. Five steps from the apartment you have very well equipped supermarket. In the apartment there is more than you could expect, including the taps for washing machine. The wifi is very good. Very comfy bed and super quiet air-condition. The contact with the owner perfect. If I will go to Nice again, I will try to stay there again.

Location is good. Tram station few meters away, you can reach airport in 10 min. Beach very close. Supermsrkets also close. Pizza place in front. Parking garage available! Great for car trips. Usually car spots on road are occupied. Very good instruction file provided in advance. Thank you

Very nice location, close to the beach and city center. It was very convenient for travelling, because the tram and the bus were nearby. As well as other useful things like a grocery store and cafes. Besides that, the appartement was way better than on the photos and we were pleasantly surprised. The air conditioning was our saviour in the hot weather. Also, the owner was very hospitable and friendly.

We enjoyed staying here as its very well located. Only 20 mins by walk to the beginning of Carre D’or central area of Nice. The beach is less than 5 mins away. Supermarkets nearby and a boulangerie across the street with very tasty pastry. The tram stop is literally few steps away, so very comfortable getting to/from airport, but also reaching other parts of the city for those that don’t wish to walk. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Checking in was very hassle free.
