This is the first time I’ve written such a positive review on Booking. To keep it brief - the apartment looks as if it was just renovated, which apparently happened about a week or two ago. Everything simply shines with cleanliness and newness. The apartment is thoughtfully designed with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay: air conditioning in every room, well-appointed bathrooms, comfortable beds, and more. I’d also like to specifically highlight the incredibly spacious and beautiful balcony, where you can enjoy breakfast or simply spend quality time with the whole family. But most importantly, I want to sincerely thank and express my deepest respect to the owner, Mr. Felix. Through entirely our own fault, we found ourselves in a situation where we had left the keys inside and couldn’t get in. On a day off, he resolved the issue within 15 minutes - and didn’t ask for any financial compensation, which would have been completely justified given that the mistake was entirely ours. This is where the true advantage of this apartment shines beyond the apartment itself - which I would rate 10/10 for value for money - there is also an owner who resolves any issue incredibly quickly and with the utmost friendliness.

A recently renovated apartment set in the Les Baumettes district of Nice, Nice, vue mer et panoramique offers accommodation with with a private beach area, parking on-site and free WiFi.

Super clean, perfect connection to airport and city center (tram station no. 2 and bus no..12+ very close - less than 3 minutes walk), located right on Promenade des Anglais-on sea shore, but very quiet due to garden view. Kitchen fully equipped (including Nespressor), smart TV, , rather big size of the room compared with any hotel room in the same price range. Good communication with the host, with Olga very helpfull and kind, despite our rather late arrival. We HIGHLY recommend!

Offering inner courtyard views, PROMENADE SEA VIEW - Terrasse vue mer is an accommodation set in Nice, 2 km from Russian Orthodox Cathedral and 2.8 km from Nice-Ville Train Station.

The location is just superb, you are on the Promenade but the experience of being in Nice is right infront of you. Boulangerie and supermarket are a minute walk and then it’s a hop, skip and jump to the beach! Being that little further down the Prom is lovely, and it’s such a gorgeous walk into the old town. Transport links are excellent and Ubers are reasonable to the property. It was fabulously air conditioned which was welcomed in the August heat. It’s well equipped with everything you need!

Set in Nice, just 100 metres from Plage Fabron, Gloria Golden Blue offers beachfront accommodation with free WiFi. The air-conditioned accommodation is 2.6 km from Russian Orthodox Cathedral.
