Bel apartment is a beautiful property in a fantastic location. The apartment was very tastefully decorated and comfortable. We stayed for two weeks, and everything we needed as a “home away from home” was available at the property. The property is one block back from the stunning Promenade Des Anglais, close to small supermarkets, boulangerie, and the list goes on! The L2 and L3 tram to the city centre is only 100 meters from the property! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, I can’t rate this property highly enough! Communication with our host was excellent and very responsive.

I travel a lot, but I’ve never seen an apartment like this. There is so much more than just the essentials. Two umbrellas — one even for the sun! The kitchen has things even my mom doesn’t have in hers ☺️ The owner has taken care of every detail for comfort. He is truly unique — there are very few such wonderful people. The location is perfect — everything is within walking distance. It’s right by the sea. The beach is ideal. The building has an elevator, and the neighbors are lovely. If I come back to Nice, I will definitely stay here👏🏻

The apartment is very close to the airport and only 3-5' to the beach ( Promenade des Anglais). It has farmacies, grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The tram station is exactly in front of the apartment which is super convenient. The owner and the cleaning lady are super nice and always there to help and answer questions. They were really understanding with us as a family with a small kid. The apartment is clean, with a modern design, fully equipped and spacious. The big terrace is a nice addition.
