This is the first time I’ve written such a positive review on Booking. To keep it brief - the apartment looks as if it was just renovated, which apparently happened about a week or two ago. Everything simply shines with cleanliness and newness. The apartment is thoughtfully designed with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay: air conditioning in every room, well-appointed bathrooms, comfortable beds, and more. I’d also like to specifically highlight the incredibly spacious and beautiful balcony, where you can enjoy breakfast or simply spend quality time with the whole family. But most importantly, I want to sincerely thank and express my deepest respect to the owner, Mr. Felix. Through entirely our own fault, we found ourselves in a situation where we had left the keys inside and couldn’t get in. On a day off, he resolved the issue within 15 minutes - and didn’t ask for any financial compensation, which would have been completely justified given that the mistake was entirely ours. This is where the true advantage of this apartment shines beyond the apartment itself - which I would rate 10/10 for value for money - there is also an owner who resolves any issue incredibly quickly and with the utmost friendliness.

the apartment looks the same as in the pictures. the location is good, close to the beach. the apartment is bright but not in direct sunlight. we spent a lot of time on the terrace. The apartment is fantastic, modern and classy; typical French style interior. It is very near the beach and Promenade des Angles. From the airport you can take the tramp, which is also going to Port Lympia, what is very convenient. Five steps from the apartment you have very well equipped supermarket. In the apartment there is more than you could expect, including the taps for washing machine. The wifi is very good. Very comfy bed and super quiet air-condition. The contact with the owner perfect. If I will go to Nice again, I will try to stay there again.

It was well situated, not far from the airport and also not far from the center. The supermarket was very, very close and very convenient. Also, the beach was quite close and comfortable to reach, also the beach is a less crowded than the main beach.
