The location is ideal when arriving at the airport, just catch the tram followed by short walk. Nice has a very comprehensive public transport network, all within easy walking distance of the apartment. The owner was in always available to answer any question or queries. It wasn't just a comfortable stay, it is an attraction and experience in and of itself. I have to cancel some sightseeing activities in order to stay in the apartment to experience Nice as in the postcard. You wake up to the beautiful view of Nice coastline every morning. Sitting in the balcony is like being inside a postcard. Whichever way you look, there are swaying palms, sparkling water, distant cliffside houses, some activities on the boardwalk and beach (joggers, bikers, dog walkers, sunbathers, parasailing) to feel alive but never too touristy crowdy. Perfect.
There are sufficient amenities available to enjoy the stay and the beach. This section of the coastline is wonderfully quiet.

This was a super charming 10/10 stay! The location is perfect, super close to the beach and old town/city center. The appartment is super clean, spacious and lovely. Everything looks even better than in the photos! There is enough towels, slippers, water in the fridge, a dishwasher with pods, and cleaning supplies. The owner Tamara is super nice and has even left us a suprise gift for our anniversary. She deserves every 10 she got!

Jean , the host was brilliant , really helpful from start to finish . The accommodation is in a great location, close to the beach , and shops, cafés etc. Also close to the tram station. The accommodation was clean and tidy, reasonably priced , and had everything we needed in it . Nice is a beautiful place , and I would definitely stay at this accommodation again .
