Absolutely loved our stay. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and a good value. We arrived late and checked in at the bar. Staff were helpful to advise on finding supper. We pulled up to hotel to unload and parking was close by. Supermarket also nearby

Gorgeous apartment very close to the Abbey, Pulteney Bridge, and the Roman Baths. Tons of fantastic restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The apartment was beatifully decorated and indeed felt very luxurious. The bed and bedroom were very comfortable and the two bathrooms certainly helped when both of us were trying to get ready at the same time. Phoebe communicated the check-in and check-out instructions very clearly and they were easy to follow (keys pick-up/drop-off via lock box). She also provided useful tips and recommendations for the area that were very welcomed! The apartment had a mini fridge, a microwave, and coffee maker, as well as some basic cutlery and plates which were perfect for the night we chose to stay in with some cheese and wine.

So comfy we were slept like a baby 😆 really close to the center you even can walk to the train station. I love the front desk he was really kind that let us checked-in before time like 2 hours. There’s cookies as welcoming for guest it was fresh and tastes great !

Staff are excellent, welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful, gave local tips like a community pub with live music, and where to buy cheaper food. Love the air fryer - you can cook pretty much whatever you fancy. Showers are great, rooms are clean, but mostly what I liked is it's a nice atmosphere, it has a kind vibe. Calm and quiet in the evenings if that's what you're after, which I was, traveling for work on a super tight budget, will come back again if working in the area.
