Excellent third stay here. No frills B&B with friendly accommodating staff with exceptional breakfast. Only a stroll away from the tram stop for easy access to Fleetwood, Bispham, Cleveleys and Blackpool and advice given by staff on ticket options too. Great little B&B will definitely be back. Very welcoming, helped with unloading. Rooms are exceptionally clean. Knew all our names, no ask from us was too much effort. The breakfast time slot system and food were great. Lovely people, lovely place = lovely break!

The welcome , Ann greeted us , we left our luggage as we arrived early , Ann locked them in the reception room ( security first rate ) We returned at 3 to check in , smooth check in , a gentleman carried our cases up to room number 6. Which we really appreciated . The room was quirky , clean , good choice of coffee , teas . The shower pressure was amazing , always a bonus 😁. Plenty of space , wardrobe ,drawers , nice size room with comfortable bed . Ann was friendly , polite and nothing was too much trouble . I come to blackpool every year and will definitely return to this hotel . Everything in walking distance the train station and entertainment & food places .
