the room was clean and of a decent size with everything i needed, the location to the city centre and the O2 Academy was very good, around 5 minutes walk, i didn't have breakfast, i ate in a cafe around the corner on the way to the parking but it smelled good

Everything about the room. Spacious(yes, rare quality in affordable place in the UK). Comfortable, clean. Superb place. This place is better than any average hotel in the UK. The only reason why they are not a “Hotel” is probably coz they don’t have a lift to go to different floor.

We were very lucky to be upgraded and had a spacious room which was great as my husband is 6ft 6 inches. Breakfast was delicious and will be missed. The parking permit we were given was ideal as we were staying 3 nights so were able to park directly opposite the guest house and never worry about parking.

A beautiful quick stop over stay at Open Acres before an early morning flight. I wish we could have stayed longer, the setting was beautiful, the room was lovely and clean. My kids loved seeing the horses. Ben was welcoming and sorted transfer to the airport for the early hours. Would definitely return.
