I had a fantastic stay at the Leonardo Hotel in Bristol and would definitely recommend it. A special thank you to the reception team — every single member of staff was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and cheerful. They always greeted us with a smile and were happy to help with anything we needed, which really made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was always very clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was friendly and welcoming. You can really tell that the staff care about their guests and want them to have a great experience. Thank you to the whole team, especially the wonderful reception staff, for making our stay so pleasant. I would happily stay here again!
