The facilities and decoration are just top-notch. On top of that, the view is just the best you can have in Liverpool. The staffs are just absolutely lovely. The food might be a bit overpriced but very nice. All in all, one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in.

Location is perfect, right next to The Docks. Lots of restaurants around there and also a 5minute walk to Liverpool One. Facilities were clean and like a home-away from home!

Terrific location close to harbor and market. Nice and quiet. Spacious rooms and lovely staff.

Location was great. Very close to the docks and all the main attractions.

The building is new and many of the features are in excellent conditions. The fitness center is large and equipped with all required devices. The location is right in front of the Cruiseships' harbor. There is a small grocery store nearby and a coffee shop. It would take around 20-minute walk to reach to the city center. The apartment itself is clean. Has the necessary devices like microwave, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, iron &iron board, vacuum machine and coffee maker. The management provided a link to couple of videos to explain the different features of the apartment like connecting to the internet, using the washing machine and other things. The only issue was with disposing of the waste. It has to be disposed off at the ground floor level instead of using the garbage chute.

Great location appartment was lovely and clean. [We didnt use the dishwasher as it was full of water) wasnt an issue for us though. everything was on the doorstep, we had a lovely stay
