Hotels near Liverpool Echo Arena, Liverpool

Overall it was all great! The location is amazing. Beds were so comfortable, staff was super helpful. I saw on some comment that the rooms are a bit cold, I kind of agreed to this. But we asked for a solution and the staff at reception gave us a radiator. Everything was great, Definiteley recommended.

Breakfast was excellent, everything fresh. The room location is superb looking up to lake. The staff were really nice, you feel like home.

Great location, very clean and quiet

The entire hotel staff provided exception service throughout our stay. The food was great and the location was great for the “things to do” while in Liverpool

Very comfortable, affordable price, room was spacious and clean.

Amazing location, friendly staff, wi-fi worked well, luggage storage after check-out, tidy room with king size bed!!!

The hotel excellent, very spatious rooms, very clean and comfortable, very good breakfast and very friendly staff. The walk-in shower is always a major plus for us. The location is also very convenient, walking distance to the historic center and all major attractions of Liverpool.

The hotel was amazing, everything reminds you of the Titanic movie. It literally feels like you’re in a movie. The receptionists are very friendly, they assist you in whatever you need or want. Our room had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend it.

Great location near the docks, very friendly staff,comfortable.room.and nice breakfast

Great hotel in a historic building and historic part of the city on the harbor. Convenient to walk to major shopping and history. Everything you want is very close and convenient to access.

Lovely friendly girl booked us in on reception, which was a great start. Room spacious and clean. Great location and have booked again in December.

Excellent staff … cleaners to front of house especially Megan who was well a very receptive receptionist & courteous & professional in every way.

The staff were sound out went over for 2 days during the week for the football and the lads couldn't do anything more for you. Knocking in to see if I need extra towels, and sound spent majority of the day chatting when I was checking out because of a late flight. Shout out to Callum on reception such a nice bloke I will be definitely recommending this place to people and I will definitely be back.

Clean accommodation, easy to get to and from.

Special thanks to Sue for the warm welcome. The place was spacious, spotless, and perfectly located in a convenient central area

Location was great. Was a beautiful hotel. The staff was wonderful. I had a couple issues in my room but the gentleman came right up and fixed them. I wish I would have gotten his name, he was great.

The bed was very comfortable that's about it the room was clean

Location is good, people are good. Restaurants around, station walking distance, bus stand just next to hotel. Hyper stores and a mix of restaurants next to hotel In my complete tour of England, the croissants were the most fresh, just out of oven .

Nice staff, nice room, good size

It is located in the heart of city centre

Cleanliness, friendly staff excellent location

It was a great experience, I have to say the house was really clean and the reception staff were very friendly, which gave me comfort during the tiring trip
