Great place, everything was perfect. The owners are very nice and helpful. We will definitely choose this place again in case of a trip to Split. The apartment is new, very well equipped. The bed is very comfortable, the bedroom and living room have air conditioning and TV (in addition to local programs, Netflix is also available). The access to the beach is practically opposite the apartment. The area is very nice, the street has developed significantly since the streetview photos were taken and it looks very nice. The parking space is protected from the sun or hail.

On the day we arrived, our room was quite small, and I asked if we could switch to a sea-view room with a kitchen. The staff member contacted the manager, and they quickly changed our room. Our stay there was an excellent experience. Free parking is available. A supermarket, restaurants, and bars are all within a short walking distance. The beach in front of the hotel is also suitable for swimming. The staff were very kind, and the breakfast was excellent.
