Jonathan, Ika, David and the rest of the staff at the Mandarin Oriental were extremely friendly and so helpful and kind. I would not hesitate to stay there again when I'm in Jakarta. Bonus is it's walkable to Grand Indonesia.

Great location with true hospitality from check-in to check-out. The grand deluxe room was very specious and quiet with an incredible central view. Loved to end a hectic day by taking a bath in the free standing bathtub at the window front watching the busy traffic at Bundaran HI outside. The breakfast buffet was great & OKU served excellent Japanese food. Thanks to all the friendly staff to make my stay truly amazing.

The best hotel experience I have had. Excellent breakfast. Great attention to detail with interior both inside the rooms and all over the hotel. Two amazing pools to choose from. Great spa facilities. I wasn't planning to return to Jakarta anytime soon but after staying at The Orient Jakarta i definitely want to travel there again.

The property went through a major revamp and it looks unrecognizable to its older self. It’s absolutely gorgeous by all accounts, ticking the boxes on location, entrance grandeur, fantastic pool area, wonderful gym, lobby cafe restaurant with great views to Bundara Hi / lights show, fair breakfast choices, comfortable and well equipped room, and the usual high standards Indonesian hospitality. We loved it and we will go back for leisure and business alike.

Amazing experience during our stay at Fairmont Hotel while watched Tinnas vs Bahrain at GBK stadium. Beautiful hotel I had a big room with a garden. Such a place in London would cost 4 times as much. It's in the trendy middle class area of Mentang. However the hotel is in a quiet area. Staff are fantastic & friendly. Breakfast was fantastic. The roof top bar had great cocktails. I had a Margarita pizza the best I've tasted. One of the best hotels I've stayed in.
