We loved our cottage; the bed was comfortable, everything worked as it should, and everything was spotlessly clean. The pool was lovely; a pool man made sure the pool was always clean and he also provided the towels and looked after the adjacent pool bar. The ledge just inside the pool was a favourite spot to sit and read my book. The other favourite place was sitting on the verandah eating the delicious room service either for breakfast or dinner. We couldn’t see anyone else’s cottage from our verandah. It was all very private as the layout of cottages was very clever.

Thank you for your hospitality. Warm and friendly staff😍, good food at the restaurant and reasonable price. I was there during Nyepi, so serene and calm. It fitted my need. Overall stay was wonderful. I will definitely comeback again

Amazing hidden gem between the busy Kuta streets. You almost forget that you are in Kuta while chilling at the pool, feels like lying under a jungle in Ubud. The pool and rooms are cleaned to western standards and staff are always so friendly and ready to help. We loved our stay here.

I Stayed in Kuta in 1980.Kuta and Legian have been thoroughly ruined by over-tourism . However; once past the security gate and inside the surrounding 15 ft fence, Poppie's looks remarkably the way it did then. So if there is a reason you have to stay in that area, Poppies has retained it's charm and is a gardeny oasis in the middle of and removed from the chaos in the street. Clean comforrable beds, working a/c and cable TV. It's good value and their restaurant isn't too far and cottage guests have use of their hotel pool
