I recommend Crescent Townhouse for any families visiting Galway. My wife, two daughters (15 and 21), and I really enjoyed out stay. It was very roomy, comfortable and quiet, with cozy beds and good security. Close enough to the Latin Quarter to be convenient but far enough to feel like an escape from the crowds. The proximity of the Tesco was a big help on rainy days.

Overlooking the famous Salthill Promenade, Galway Bay and the Clare Hills, this elegant hotel features a 25-yard swimming pool, a whirlpool, and a large gym.

The entire hostel felt more like a boutique hotel than a boutique hostel. The common areas are beautifully designed and strike the perfect balance between cozy and stylish. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped and comfortable to use. My room was large, clean and comfortable and had everything I needed.

The hotel is ideally located between the buzz of Galway city and the relaxed seaside resort of Salthill.
