The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was amazing ! The view from the room is very beautiful and relaxing. The staff were super friendly and very accommodating, would definitely say it’s the best hotel in Mumbai.

The amazing staff look after your every need. They make sure you are comfortable and help you with any problem. The night shift staff, Mr Mantu, Shetty, Raj were very friendly and helpful. The reception desk staff were accommodating and helpful with every query, Raj and Sheltfa. Thank you to the Bawa Hotel staff.

Breakfast was not too fancy, but quality of food was good. Place is pretty old-tech, nothing new and glitzy. But staff are v helpful and accommodating, and we had a comfortable stay. Everything worked as we hoped. Just thought it was priced a little high, given there's not much in terms of luxury. But the location is the reason, I guess.
