It was not only spotlessly clean but for a property that has been running for almost a decade, it looked practically brand new. The maintenance and care that is going into this property is next level. It may not be fancy, but this place is a real gem and the icing on the cake is that it is set in a fantastic part of historical Kochi in the wonderful and charming Jew Town district. We found all the staff to be very professional, helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was simple but very tasty and filling. This property really delivered in terms of quality of service and value for money.

Located in the colonial city of Fort Cochin, Tissa's Inn is housed in a mansion 0.6 mi from Fort Cochin Beach and Chinese Fishing Nets. It offers an outdoor pool and massage services. Highly recommended. We very much enjoyed staying at Tissa’s Inn. The staff is very friendly and super helpful. Great location and excellent service. Nice rooms, comfy bed, and quiet.

Featuring a garden, restaurant and views of garden, The Postcard Mandalay Hall, Kochi is located in Cochin, 1.9 miles from Fort Kochi Beach. Everyone was so very welcoming. Our first venture down south to Kerala and so a wonderful place to explore Kochi but in a wonderfully relaxing environment (quiet and calm).

Located in Fort Kochi, a 3-minute walk from Fort Kochi Beach, THE SUNSET BAY has air-conditioned rooms and a terrace. We totally LOVED our stay at Sunset Bay. The room was spacious, just as shown in the pictures. The location was very central, easy to find, and to walk or take public transport to all the tourist attractions. We also loved the kerala breakfast option, which varied every day of our stay and was always tasty. We noticed that the western style breakfast was a bit small, tho. The rooms are very quiet, with thick walls so you don't notice neighbours nor the street noise. The A/C is not too powerful, but it cools the room, and it is silent, so it does the job.

Ideally set in the Fort Kochi district of Cochin, Dutch Bungalow is located a 1-minute walk from Fort Kochi Beach, half a mile from Kochi Biennale and 6.5 miles from Cochin Shipyard. My stay at the Dutch Bungalow was exceptional! One of the most memorable properties I stayed at during my four weeks in India. This charming heritage property offers on some days a complimentary walking tour of the historic area surrounding the hotel. An excellent orientation. The beach area/seaside and attractions are within walking distance. Dining is poolside, al fresco under a well ventilated roofed area. Peaceful, cool, tropical setting and delicious cuisine! My room was very spacious with a small outdoor seating area. Tea/coffee and cookies available all day. The staff went out of their way to assist in every way possible.!! As I had a departure for the airport in late evening, the staff provided a small day room with bed and shower so I could relax in the afternoon. Every employee I interacted with was extremely nice and rendered exceptional hospitality. I highly recommend the Dutch Bungalow in Cochin, Kerala, India.

Providing free WiFi and a fitness center, Fragrant Nature Kochi offers rooms in Cochin, 2625 feet from Kochi Biennale. The room is excellently spacious and newly renovated. The Kingsize Plus bed is very comfortable. Bathroom is spotlessly clean, modern and has a walk in shower. The hotel gives a sophisticated feel with its neo colonial courtyard and roof tower. The emphasis on environment is ever present and must be applauded. Staff is very polite - often as westerners we expect immediate service. Orders may take a bit longer but this is cultural and should be taken as such. Having spent close to 8 weeks in India now, Fragrant Nature Kochi is a start performer. Well done and keep going. The only letdown is Fort Cochin itself. What must have been one day a beautiful, cosy and sophisticated place is now a derelict and dirty place not worth the visit - were it not for Fragrant Nature Hotel. Come here for the views from the Roof Terrace - Fort Cochin is nicer from above than from the street level….

Beautiful property that was very well maintained and an absolute pleasure to stay in. We loved the old world charm of the hotel and the beds were amazingly comfortable. The atmosphere and the fantastic attention to detail of the staff was exceptional.
