I don't think I have encountered more accommodating front office staff in any of my (many) previous hotel stays. The property manager Mr. Anand Kumar and his assistant Piyush were simply exceptional. Anand took care of every one of our needs, including late check-in, putting an additional bed in the room, extending our stay, changing our room, resolving a parking situation, and checking out late (with temporary storage of luggage). Combined with the very central location of the property in Gurugram, including being right next to 32nd Avenue, a great hangout place with many exceptional eateries, this made our stay very convenient and comfortable. In summary, awesome - thank you so much Anand and Piyush!

It is one of the best hotel in Gurgaon near to MG road metro station. Location is very centralized and ofcourse this hotel is absolutely amazing in terms of ambience and amenities. We enjoyed spa gym and the rooms were also very neat and clean beds were also very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and General Manager of Hotel Ms Veena Koul Ma'am is an amazing human being always taking care of minute details. The food was also great both multicuisine and Japanese. I highly recommend this hotel.

My daughter loves this hotel. Everytime we visit the family, we make a stopover at Trident before moving further. They accommodated my request of removing carpets from the room and arranged an air purifier as my daughter has severe dust allergies. Saltstayz Premier was a great find near Nirvana Country. The location was convenient and close to offices. The staff was friendly and the food was delicious. Loved the North Indian cuisine served.
