Everything was just perfect. Carla was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive host throughout our stay. The apartment was spotless, very comfortable, and had everything we needed, there was absolutely nothing to complain about. Carla, as a host, was thoughtful and attentive. She gave us great recommendations on what to see and do, shared a lot of useful information, and was always available if we needed any help. She made sure we had everything and paid attention to every little detail so that we could feel comfortable and welcome. A wonderful host and a lovely experience overall. Absolutely gorgeous giant bright newly equipped appartment! We were so surprised, it was way beyond our expectation and would return in case we travel to Naples again. We really enjoyed the huge balcony, free coffee, TV, the bed is big and comfortable. We felt almost as if it was our home.

The service was excellent especially Angello who when I went to reception he remembered my name and room number. Very impressive considering the size of hotel. Young man in the garage parking cars was also very impressive, excellent demeanour. I think Antonio was he name. They had the most important elements perfect, spotless clean, rain shower and comfy bed and lined

Everything was great!Convenient location to great amenities in the apartment. View was spectacular from the balcony. Cherry on the cake was the host who was just amazing and so friendly. She kind of read our mind when she called on the checkout day to inform we could stay few extra hours which we needed with a 4 monts old baby. Great experience! Would recommend to all.
